 The racing begin with Super D on Saturday with our own Ron Cazort coming in second but just by a second!
Then the 2 run format DH race on Sunday where our racers hit Snakeback to Ona Lee to the Love Canal. Our best finisher was Les Price with an impressive 2nd place. But a great weekend for all our racers - Michael Yares, James Mitchell, Ron Cazort and Les Price.
Southridge Winter Series #4: Well, our own Wil White was at it again in the Fontana Winter Series on February 24th. Wil came in a strong second this past weekend making every one of his finishes in the top two so far this year. Way to go Wil! Polar Bear Swim, San Diego: No Brakes team member, Laura Drexler, participated in something a little different than mountain bike racing this month. She opted for a Polar Bear Swim instead, and on Valentine's Day. Crazy stuff! According to Laura the air temp was 46° and the water temp was 58°. Yikes! Bootleg Canyon's Mob n' the Mojave: The first Boulder City race of the year brought the Arizona No Brakes boys out for a great weekend of racing. Couldn't ask for a better weekend of racing, weather and friends.
